FI copper fuel line ferrule

Question 1) can these ferrules be obtained localy, or are they a "special" size?

2) I think I can "streach" the spider line enough to re connect. Is this practice okay just to get going again? How will this shorted spider line affect performance?

should be available locally. there may be enough line to stretch and fit. performance won't be affected. mike

I have tried Napa and hardware stores to no avail. Smallest size anyone carries is 1/8".
