71 wiper motor

Picture shows label from the wiper motor in my 71 LS5. This car is s/n 1632 and was built early sept of 1970. Am I reading this label wrong or is it a 71 date code? Also the motor has a three port outlet for the washer system. The hoses for the lights are right at the pump outlets. Is it possible the pump head got changed some where along the way?

Tom the date looks as 183 day of 70 and yes some could have have changed the washer assy too a 3 port. Paul

your car should have a five port valve.
