Radiator support mount

I just picked up a set or radiator support mounts for my '55. Does anyone know the sequence in which they are installed? Additionally, one of the smaller metal pieces has two flaps on them. They look like holes punched that were not removed, which way do they face when installed, up or down?

Thanks, my car was missing these pieces, I can't find an accurate install diagram.

The metal bottom last piece having flaps was to keep the carriage bolts nuts from turning lose ,the rubber and other metal parts are for shimming the Rad. Support ( front end "body" ) to help close the rear door gap.
