67 B.B. original engine

recently found a 67 435 with original pad stamped with the following vin # 15,496 B-28-7 cast date. need help to find the car,engine was in MA.

Did the stamp pad have "JE","JH","JA" or "IU" on it? Does the engine have a trans/ign. and solid lifter cam, also cast iron or aluminum heads? These are all the suffix Letters I could find for the 67 427/435 hp engines. GRR#33570

pad has a JE code w/391 heads and a m21 tranny

i almost had a heart attack i am in ma looking for my original engine!! the number was so close #115817 i will ask around ma.any suggestions on mine would help.
