Month of Production

First of all I want to thank those who have replied to my earlier questions in this past week. I am new at this and learning every day. This board really helps by just reading all the posts. I have a 1964 365 hp matching #'s very original car. My question is, how do I deterring what month the car was produced in? Does this matter regarding the rarity of the car and or adding any value? Also I hear the 64's are not as desirable or even as valuable as the other years from 63-67, even with the same specification?

Sam,

The birthday calendar provided by Harry's post will tell you the very day in which your car rolled off the assembly line. This really will not affect the value of your car at all.

Concerning your other questions, You have a 64. Any 63-67 is HIGHLY desirable. Sure there are some made within this period that are more desirable therefore, they come with a higher price tag too. Don't let that alter your perception of your car.

I have a very high desire for a 64 convertible white with red interior 4-speed 3:08 and factory air that I sold in 1969, if only I could be as fortunate as Alan Jackson who got his 55 T-Bird back.
