Alan, this is another area where the 63/64 JG is incorrect. The 63/64 front license plate holder had the small holes. There is a bit of dialogue in the archives. Dont't get hung up on 1/16 or 1/32 of an inch as the machining was a bit off, just go after the small hole for the 63/64 models.
