    Pete and Jeff,

    Thanks for the wisdom.

    Turned out that I had to add some spacers behind my rear window channel top and bottom to tighten the gap.

    Worked like a charm, no more rattle and while I was in there Lubed everything up. Funny how places like inside the door panels don't get lubed for probably 40 years.

    Window works butter smooth.

    Thanks again for being such a GREAT Resourse.
