Dealer information

Trying to find dealer information for my 69 corvette conv. Found build sheet it states Zone 19 and Dealer code 019. I didn't get no direct matches.

zone 19 gives me a place in OR...but different dealer #?
Dealer # 019 gives me a great hit on Baldwin in Ny but aone doesn't match?

I would guess we would go by zone first then the dealears are given numbers in that zone.

Any thoughts?

The ZONE # identifies a state or series of states that the zone encompasses.

The dealer number is a dealer within that zone.

Zone 19 is a zone that includes OREGON, as well as Washington and Idaho, and possibly more. Dealer #019 would be within that zone.

There was a dealer #019 in each zone.

Ok so within that zone....since the specfic information is not in our database where could I possiably get the dealer code 019 for that zone?

Plus I could check the local DMV's in that zone to see if they have any information where can I also get the info for all the states involved in 19 zone?

You can try Al Grenning. He advertises in the DRIVELINE. I believe he requires a copy of you tank sticker to decipher any codes.

DMV's aren't receptive to giving out info anymore.... liability problems due to all the lawsuits etc on the subject....

I would type in zone 19 on this site and see what states appear. Then I would type in states surrounding those to see what zones they appear in.

If you want, you could develop a list of zones/states and publish that list here for all members to use.....

send an email to AL GRENNING with all the pertinent information on your car, such as the TANK STICKER, and he will provide you with the information you are looking for

Why isn't Al's info in the dealer data base, I post every one I find.

Kevin you give info and you get info, that is what you do, thats how we get this stuff. Not everyone gives like you do the only way sometimes is to trade.
