66 NCRS judging point values....where to find?

Fogive me, a newbie here. I have the latest 66 Technical Info manual & judging guide as well as the blue cover Corvette judging reference manual.

What I can't seem to find is something that gives the point values for every
judged NCRS item. The reference manual states % deductions if something is wrong, but what I wanted was to go through and try and score it myself.

What am I missing and how can I get it???

Again, thank your for your patience.

send the National Judging Chairman, Roy Sinor, an email and he will send you a copy of the judging sheets for your car. or, check with your local Chpater and see if they have a copy for you.

      Brian,

You can get the score sheets as inducated above, but the best way to get a good idea of where you are at, would be to get the car judged at a chapter meet, as is, with a little cleanup. (That is, if you have the correct engine and unaltered numbers).

After judging, you will receive the filled out score sheets (some 16 pages) with all the point deducts specific to you car. Then you have a list of things to work on, for the next time out. The score sheets alone really don't give you an idea of how they judge.

I did the chapter judging for the first time last September on my 67, and not even expecting third flight. I made second flight and fairly high. I then worked on the list of items from the score sheet, and achieved Top Flight at a recent regional meet. Now I have another list to work on, so that I can make Top Flight on the raw score alone (without mileage points) at a future event.

It's a great hobby, and judging can be an enjoyable experience. And you will meet a lot of great people at the events.
