What you have there is a AO Smith bodied roadster with sidepipes. The pipes are probably not factory installed, because, to date, there have been NO documented Smith cars shown to have factory installed pipes.
With that said, the tag looks fine from the picture, but impossible to determine originality without magnification. You should get yourself a copy of Roy Sinor and Al Grenning's Authentication book, which will show you how to make the determination yourself.

The Pic on the auction shows a trim tag that would be in the "typical condition" for an original, but a full frame hi resolution closeup would be needed to compare with the examples in the trim tag book.
Hopefully, the reserve price will not be met and you can take a knowledgable member with you to inspect the car in person before you buy it.
