Hi Keith:
I think the posting was by Jerry Fuccillo, in reference to an ebay listing. The same seller has been running this listing for a few weeks now:

Re: 67 Turn Signal Switch
Two companies that are selling the reproduction 1967 switch are Shee-Mar (shee-mar.com or 303-678-5334) and Lectric-Limited. These are supposedly exact reproductions of the GM #5698520 switch manufactured by Boyne, except for the color of the plastic switch piece. Cost is about $75.00 each.
I just ordered two from Lectric-Limited. They have an expected ship date of today. If you buy from Shee-Mar, call and verify the correct part number. I heard that the number listed on their web site may be wrong.- Top

Re: 67 Turn Signal Switch
Well, I have a different story on the 67-68 turn switch. Shee-Marr is not making the switch for the Corvette but making a similar switch for the Cadillac. It's actually the Corvette Switch with an extra connection. Lectric Limited is not making the switch but buying it from the manufacturer. It is being made in Chicago by Specialty Parts of Alabama (Bob Rush) who recently moved his operation from Atlanta to Opp Alabama. Yep, that what I said, Opp Alabama!!!! The first shipment to Specialty Parts was made Tuesday of this week via Fed Ex and orders are now being filled. By the way--the GM Parts Lady on E-bay is Bob Rush's wife and you are buying from Specialty Parts of Alabama.
Regards,
JR- Top
