ZR1 valet switch

GM has discontinued the valet switch that pulls in the secondary injectors. need one for a 95 ZR1. anybody got a source? thanks, mike

Yes, the GM #12514730 switch is, indeed, discontinued. This was a very expensive switch----over $200, GM list, when it was discontinued. The only suggestion I could make on this one would be to try a source like "partsladi" which sells a lot of lae model GM parts on eBay. You can e-mail them at lyddu@aol.com

Is a 95 different than a 90 or 91?
I know someone taking one apart, and he may still have that switch in the car.

1990 used a switch unique to that year. 1991-95 were the same. So, if the car you are referring to is a 1990, the switch won't work for Mike; if it's a 1991, it will.

pat would appreciate you looking into the switch. joe's correct, the 90 switch is unique to 90 whereas the rest of ZR1's used the switch i need. thanks, mike
