I have just finished sanding the fiberglass on the interior of my 63 to remove the old glue, dirt and paint. Is it okay to wash the bare fiberglass or will it harm it? Should I paint or primer the fiberglass before installing the carpet, It so what should I use? Thanks.

Soap and water will not hurt a thing. We wash the outside bare glass with soap and water before priming. No primer on the inside. After washing you can wipe the fiberglass with Prep-sol or Pre-kleeno as a prelude to gluing.
