    Keeping old parts with car

I have replaced a few trim parts on my 66 Coupe. Rocker covers, sill plates, door handles, outside mirror and badges. I changed these items because they were old and lost their fresh look. Now do I keep these parts with the car or should I sell them off to somebody who might be able to use them?

Keep them. Never get rid of parts belonging to your car.

I agree, keep them. I wish I had kept my original, dated shocks, my original dated water pump and most of all, my original dated master cylinder!! Some folks never learn.

My wife ordered her '81 new and I have kept every part I ever replaced on it including the original tires. You only have one chance to keep the original parts and sooner or later you will wish you still had them.
