Restored 55 Blue Corvette for $5,500.00

I just got an offer from so called e-bay guy for a blue 55 Corvette for $5,500.00 total restored with pic. Showing top flight award, it's beautiful mint condition but he needs money now.
Sent his letter off to e-bay scam dept. And they said they have had 29 people ask about the same guy named Leonard Copper , He'll even take offers and pay for shipping to my house.
What a deal should I go for it? Before one of the other 29 guys get it first!

Roy, Of course you should, but first send your cash to me for verification. I'll let you know if the bills are counterfit. If they are, I will return them. If they are real, I will purchase a few things for my own car with them.

You know you won't get the car anyway, so might as well help out a brother.. OK?
