Just got my hardtop apart and looking at the front aluminum header. How do you take scrtches out of the aluminum and then get the same finish back.Thanks Tom

"Front aluminum header". If I am interpreting your post correctly you are referring to the exterior trim across the front of the hardtop. Your 1959 hardtop front header should consist of three pieces of stainless steel; a left side, right side and small center piece that covers the junction. It would be about 2 inches wide. If your header is one piece aluminum and is 1 inch wide, it is likely a 1956 hardtop; the only year they were made that way.
