      Erase the "http:/" that appears in the image URL line before you paste in the photo URL. (You probably doubled up the "http" and didn't realize it. I did the same thing and got the box with the red "X")

              Mark, I don;t think yahoo will let you link to their hosted photos.

              I get
              "You do not have permission to get the requested URL from this server." when I paste your URL in a browser.

                  Try using Village Photos as your place to "store" your photo. The photos will transfer from there to the NCRS website without problem.
