1107365 was used for big blocks . your 327 started was 1107320.

1107365 was for 66 big blocks only....so says the JG.For small blocks the JG states a 1107320 . I suppose it could have been used on your L79 though.
Is it on the car or, are you looking for a correct replacement?

Nick,

Contact John Pirkle in Georgia. He'll have a correct starter with a correct date for your car, fully restored and he can or does rebuild the guts as high-torque units. I'm guessing the cost will be in the $150 to $175 range. His work is the best there is.
