How did you all miss this one? Jerry's Car

I can't believe no one picked up on this one. Looks like Jerry Bramlet's old car, even had green paint.

Check the VIN, surprise, it is.

    Ebay #4613577579

    A truly disturbing mental picture.

I know my name is associated with unusual things in some people's minds. But this car has to be one of the ugliest images that can come up in your head when you think about "Jerry's car".

My other cars are shocked, dismayed, and yes...offended... by this scandalous characterization.

I have other incriminating evidence. Want me to publish those? :d

Your auction at the time was a real breath of fresh air in eBay auctions. You told them it was a piece of junk and they still wanted it, maybe even moreso.

It also struck a very special place in my heart, since I sold one similar in many ways years ago.

With mine, people were calling, asking if they could drive it home, if they could bring parts to put it together in my driveway, and so on.

Look at it this way, the auction ran and expired and no one on here even knew you had once owned it.

Maybe that guy in Naples or Fort Meyers, FL who restored the '65 can work his magic on this one.

I can't believe that the car sold again for way more money than it is worth!
I guess that this about the current value of a clean title and VIN/Trim tags.LOL

In this case I think the name "Jerry's Car" is appropriate ,because just like his "Kids" it needs a lot of help and A Telethon to raise enough money for it !

I have Got to hand it to you though , The down playing technique really seems to work well ! I especially liked the Jacque Cousteau refference ! I have never seen anyone try harder to dissuade everyone and have it be so ineffective !Lol

Have you ever thought of teaching a Marketing Class !

Both these auctions were highly amusing ! I doubt there will be any more on Ebay as much fun to watch !
