1966 Protection Plan Booklet (Number of Pages?)

There are a few '66 Protection Plan Booklets for sale on ebay from time to time. (GM part number: 3879857) I noticed that the number of pages that are in these booklets sometimes are different. Some have 54 pages, and some have 46 pages. This is with the last page removed by the dealership. What is the difference? (Version, dealer location, model of car, or reproduction?)

I will tell you what I know and hopefully someone else will fill in the gaps,

The difference in the two are ; the 46 pager is the "first print" while the 54 pager is the "revised 2nd edition... I don't know what month that happened .I do however know why the page numbers were increased. The second edition included 4 additional pages {8 counting both sides} titled "Spring Maintenance" and "Fall Maintenance"

So I would assume that an early 66 would have the first edition while a late 66 would have the 2nd addition. As I said though I can't say when the cross over occured.

I also know that model of car had nothing to do with it!

I just read your profile...............so tell me does your intake have the" u "stamped into it ?
See my post a few down from yours. I'm interested to see if they all had it or if they were just randomly stamped.
