Can anyone look up in the Judging Guide what is the correct radiator for a 71, 270 hp (base) 4sp with A/C? I need to know what material it's supposed to be made of, part numbers and dates if needed, etc. Thanks.

I don't have a 71 JG handy, but I can tell you what you need. The radiator used with your application is a copper brass radiator of GM #3018803. The key factor here is the WITH A/C. Without AC, your application would use the aluminum radiator, GM #3155316. However, "WITH A/C" it changes to the copper brass radiator.
The use of the 3018803 copper/brass radiator also changes a lot of other things. The radiator support was GM #3966594 and the fan shroud is the plastic fan shroud of GM #3956109. The upper and lower radiator hoses are also different than would be used with the 3155316 aluminum radiator.
Last but not least, the 3018803 radiator uses NO external supply tank; rather, it has an integral filler neck on the right side tank. The 3155316 aluminum radiator used for base engine with 4 speed and WITHOUT A/C does use an external supply tank.In Appreciation of John Hinckley -
