Reading closely, about all that can be said is it MAY be a Motion car, or MAY NOT BE. The owner has gone to great lengths to work the angle it is, and it may be, but a buyer is rolling the dice on it as of the present level of documentation. PS, very interesting comments on Motion owner in some of the Q & A exchanges.
