Anyone know if the starting instruction decal found on the drivers side sunvisor in 1972 and 1973 was placed in other Chevy vehicles? I am told that all Chevy trucks and cars had the same decal. I have the opportunity to buy a mint set of 1972 Nova sunvisors with a mint starting instruction decal. As there is no after market decals, I thought it would do. Thanks Cam

Re: 1973 Starting Instruction Decal
The 1972 Monte Carlo starting instruction decal is correct for a 1973
Corvette. I'm not an expert on all Chevy's, but it seems the decal was used
on many other cars. The label I have is the correct fiber material, part
number 327568 and the date 11-23-71. I saved a bunch of money going this route. Any ideas on the best way to remove the label from the sunvisor? I'm not aware of any reproduction label for a '73. Even if they do a repro label, I doubt it will be printed on the fiber material as per the original. I'll post a picture to compare.

Soak the label in warm water and it will peal off. Block to dry to keep the lettering straight. If your scared of this method cut label out with the backing and glue it to the visor on your 73. It won't be 100% this way but better than nothing. That same label was on many 73 GM's including pickups.I know where their are a couple of the above labels.
