It's time to send the seats to my 1958 off to be professionally re-upholstered. I will be using all Al Knoch materials including springs, foam, and covers (unless anyone can recommend a better brand). Any suggestions who to send them to? I am looking for a top notch job done with the proper, original appearance by judging standards. Al Knoch says that they will re-do them but I don't know how well the outcome will be.

Al Knoch did my seats on my 62. They did a great job. I had purchased all the material (from Al) and intended to do the job myself. I ended up sending my seats and all the material (foam,springs, etc) to Al. They also sand blasted and painted the seat frames. Call Al for a price, but it was worth every cent in my opinion.Comment

Hi Mike,
They used new foams and replaced or repaired anything else that was needed. I don't remember the exact charges but I felt they were very reasonable compared to other places and the turn around time was pretty quick.Comment
