Despite tweeking every variable I can think of, I still have a 1/2" gap between the top of the side glass and the convertible top weatherstrip. There is a 3/8" gap between the back of the sideglass and weatherstrip. Any suggestions out there?????

Do you have the 75 GM Service Manual and the AIM? My 72 and 73 GM Service Manuals have side window glass adjustment procedures in them. I am making an assumption that your manual should have similar information.

I have a copy of the 75 AIM, but Service Manual is for all 1975 Chevrolet models. I'll review them again, hopefully I'll find something I overlooked.Comment

If I can still see after the Super Bowl (go Steelers) I will scan the pages from my 72 GM Manual. It should apply to your 75, I would guess. If I can get a good clear scan, I will forward them to you.
