This is about the only people to actually ask about the car the whole weekend and the only ones today. To be blunt and crude, the car corral crowd sucked. My thanks to those moving the auction. [soapbox off]

I came down each day from Ocala. I think in the future, we need a sign-up thread on who is going and where they will be.

Michael Hanson was over but I missed him, also.

I think Clem met every NCRS member at the show. I think it was because he hung out with the most magnetic car there. That orange '69 for some reason attracted everyone!

If you didn't find Geoffrey, you simply were not trying. How can you miss a motorhome that occupies half the parking lot?

John Hinckley is about 4 foot shorter than I imagined. I expected him to be about 10 ft tall.

Joe was there with his '57 of course. He is unbelievably nice to a lot of people asking a lot of really stupid questions. His tolerance levels are something all of us wish for.

On stupid questions, if Joe got a $1

for every time someone asked him if it was for sale or what it was worth, he could build a museum to house it in and pay for whatever course of action he finally decides on for the car.

I know everyone has had people ask questions like that of them, but I think everyone to come by asked and I heard several ask those questions 3 or 4 times.
