60 deck lid weatherstrip

Did the early 60 deck lid weatherstrip have molded ends or cutoff tubular ends? If tubular, does the weatherstrip wrap around the front of the deck lid or stop at the front corner? Thanks

The ends were not moulded, and yes, you just wrap the ends around at the front end of the lid. The weatherstrip shoulg be glued over top of the first screw on each side that holds the decklid trim on.
