C-2 Soft-Top Frames

My Question to these board members, is on the 2nd Bow difference, being round from 63-65L, and flat style on late 65-67. Are their any other differences in the top frame, other than what i have mentioned. Also if the majority states this is the only difference, than would it be possible to change the 2nd bow.

Who would you recommend that could do this, looks like a large pivot rivet, but have found no distributor to purchase these. Also have found no vendor that sells either style bow.
