Pretty much all small blocks ie 265-327s from 56 to 67 Pass and Corvette that are not fuel injected. Consists of 1 front, 1 rear, 1 distributor and 2 side gaskets. Replaced by 3931600 12/1968 -

The SIDE gaskets will work for 69-72 and later small blocks, too. The primary difference between the 56-68 gasket sets and the 69-72 is the intake END SEALS. The 56-68 use either "stick-on" cork or the "tabs" that locate the gaskets on the block end rails. The 69-72 use the end seals with "rubber pin" retainers that fit into the holes in the block end rails. The 73+ gaskets are the same, too, except that they have various combinations of "restrictor" or "block-off" plates in the exhaust crossover passages.
If one deletes the end seals and uses RTV in their place, which I highly recommend, then the differences between the 56-68 gasket SETS and the 69-72 SETS becomes a moot point.In Appreciation of John HinckleyComment
