I have searched the archives and can not find the correct head markings for the starter to block mounting bolts and the mounting bolts for the fuel pump for a small block. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Re: 67 starter and fuel pump bolt markings
Randy ---- My records from my '67 327/300 A/C 4-speed Corvette are as follows:
Starter Motor:
Outboard bolt is 3/8" - 15 x 1 1/4" w/ 5/8" threads (6 radiating rays from small center circle)
Inboard bolt is 3/8" - 16 x 4 or 5" w/ 3/4" tgreads (same head marking)
Fuel Pump bolts are 3/8" x 1 1/8" course thread (grade 5 RSC, R or NAT)
My records do not indicate finishes for these bolts. Someone else may be able to provide it and/or additional information.
Hope this helps.

Re: 67 starter and fuel pump bolt markings
Randy,
Not 100% sure on the starter mounting bolts but I believe they are a dull cad or zinc.
The fuel pump bolts are dull cad or zinc (for small block) also and have a very unique head design. It's a washer head plus a lose/attached lock washer and is an odd 7/16" wrench size. Has RSC head logo, among others, as Kent mentioned. I can post a scan if you would like to see one.- Top
