    Spare tire tray and carrier repairs?

    Have any of you had success in the repair of Missing broken lips in these parts. I have had success repairing floor pans getting the resin correctly tinted but the black I fear is a tough one to tint. My boat repair man is closed today so I will try him on Monday for his input on tinting my green resin. Is there a vendor who carries fiberglass resin in black? Epoxy? I didn't look in the archives but may have to. Thanks Dick Gutman

      Dick I repaired my late 66 black glass tub and lid with Bonsal concrete tint. It is a very fine powder and worked great when mixing with the resin. You can get a very small bag at Lowes that will last forever for a couple of bucks.

          Gary Beauper found a supplier who sells the resinc color dye. Check the recent archives under his name for the supplier's name.
