    67 seat belts on ebay

    Guys,

Take a look at these 67 NOS seat belts on ebay:

Take a good look at the buckle. These are no where near original 67 Corvette seat belt buckles. They must be the advanced design after the "inertial unlatching" suit on RCF-65 seat belt buckles.

What do you think, are they worth $400 bucks.

Common catch phrase on eBay these days. Everything that isn't used is NOS. Most have no clue as to what NOS means or represents, just that people pay more for it.

Kind of like "restored" and "numbers matching".

Take a look at this one--NOS

If that is "New" Old Stock it must have been stored under the tractor, and got run over a couple of times. Same seller

            Happens every time!!

Guy finds/buys a genuine NOS part to replace a beat up/damaged original. Replaces the part, puts the old one in the box, and saves it on the shelf. We all do it!

Nine out of ten so-called NOS parts on eBay are actually the old parts that were replaced. These eBay morons equate a GM box with "NOS PARTS!!" (and they don't have a clue what NOS means anyway)

Be VERY careful buying NOS parts on eBay.

            Pete
