C2 - Lable in jack storage area

Does anyone know what this lable is for?

I found a paper lable that was glued on the passenger side of the jack storage area of my 1965 vette. Some of the lable is missing but what is there reads as follows;
Also in the upper right corner is a square inspection sticker.

Looks like the carpet manufacturer's label, usually found on the right lower corner of the storage compartment cover...
