I found a bag of about 10 of these parts in original GM bags, but I don't recall what they are for. Small lip seals about 1" diameter. Part number is 3841923 GR # 5.560. Any ideas? Name is "Seal Assy".

Re: What is this p/n? Joe ?
according to my 1975 Vette Parts Catalogue, they are a propeller shaft universal joint trunion for 1964 - 76 Vettes, except for the T.H. 350; they should be 1 1/32" O.D. and 21/32" I.D. - new they sold for $.19 each!Rick Aleshire

Tim-----
Most original u-joints were Spicer manufactured. Although the configuration of Spicer u-joints has changed, some of them are pretty much the same (as of the last time I checked, anyway). In particular, the type with grease fittings are/were still configured like the old non-grease fitting types used on Corvettes. So, the seals MIGHT fit this type new u-joint which are supplied with BLUE seals. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
