    Heater Blower Motor

I have a problem with my blower fan not working on my 66 convert. At the blower ther are 3 connections and only 2 terminals. One lead has two black wires into one connector. The second is an orange lead with a boot type connection and the third lead comes off a resister (I think that's what it is) on the blower motor and also has a boot type connector. It appears the lead with the two black wires correctly connects to one of the terminals but what do I do with the other two leads? Thanks in advance

The lead formed from the two black wires connects to the blower motor terminal at the 1 o'clock position, the orange wire connects to the black wire connector from the resistor, and the black wire on the other end of the resistor connects to the terminal at the 4 o'clock position on the blower motor.

It's a radio noise suppression capacitor for the heater blower - illustration of the installation is in the U69 section of your Assembly Manual.
