      of the 1965 Judging Guide says:

      "Judging Guidance: The introduction of side-mounted exhuast is not precisely known. Research indicates the most probablye availability is around VIN 10,000. Cars before VIN 9.000 with side-mounted exhaust should be examined with great scrutiny. Due ot popularity, this option has ofen benn added to undercar exhaust cars...."
