What are the tell-tale features distinguishing an original equipment parking light assy from a service replacement or an aftermarket unit?

Steve, from my personal experience earlier this year when I purchased two assemblies off of Ebay. One assembly had No markings or numbers anywhere on the assembly while the other had the name Guide and F 2-60 on the amber lense as well as on the back of the pot metal housing. Also on the back were the words Made in U.S.A. and the part # 5950980 and 3 and D161. Side by side there was a quite noticeable difference in the color of the amber lense as well as other subtle hints or differences. Sent one back. Hopes this helps.Comment
