C2 shock absorber question for my '67

Paragon sells a Delco shock for the front and rear for my '67. The Paragon catalog has a warning that suggests that I should check with an NCRS judge whether these shocks will receive full points. Can someone tell me how these Paragon shocks judge? Any insight would be appreciated.

Other than buying expensive NOS shocks, is there a better choice out there than the Paragon shocks?

    Many thanks.

The old red Delco shocks painted gray are acceptable for minimum deduct. If you can find an old parts store that has Dayco made they are dead ringers except for the P/N and dating. The fronts are easy to get away with just about anything gray since it's so hard to see. Rears are another story.
