Can anyone tell me if the windshield washer reservoir mounting bracket on the left side inner fender is in place before blackout. In particular, are the mounting rivits painted over black. Thanks. This is on a 66 bb.

I would venture to say the bracket was installed before blackout... based on the fact that all the other riveted pieces were installed before blackout. Remember, the blackout is pretty sparce (almost none) under the fender area where the bracket is located so there is a good possiblity that they didn't get coverage. This goes for the right side as well...... I believe they stayed away from the vertical slots with the blackout to prevent a mess...
