67 TI Ignition Harness

When connecting a Lectric Limited Transistor Ignition Harness to the standard harness the resistor wires on the standard harness are not used. What is the NCRS correct way to treat these wires? The instructions say to coil them back and tape them to the harness trunk. I can easily do this but as I want to show the car in NCRS flight judging I want to do it the right way. Help is appreciated.

Jim,

If you have a '67 factory assembly manual, I believe it shows how much of the wire to coil back and where to tape it onto the harness, using the same tape that holds the harness together to tie it in place. Although I replaced my T.I. wiring harness, the original one on my car was installed as the assembly manual shows Hope that helps...

It's in the back under options. I don't remember where you said you got your new harness, but I think Lectric Limited includes a copy of it with the wiring conversion kit. I can email you a copy of it if you can't find it...
