'67 L-79 fuel pump p/n

I picked up this NOS (in box) fuel pump p/n 6440503 at Carlisle. From memory, I thought the p/n was correct for my SB, and took a chance on it (cheap).

Got home and checked my TIM: '67 SB fuel pump p/n is 6440433; BB is -482.

So, it ain't for me. Anyone know what it goes with? I'd like to find someone who could use it.

Tom - The '72 Corvette Parts Catalog lists the 40503 for 1967 (327) and the '72 Chevrolet Parts Catalog lists it for 1967 a bunch of 327, 350 Chevy, Chevelle, Pass, and Camaro engines, some 283 Chevy and Pass engines, all 1968-1969 307 engines, and 1970-1972 Nova and Chevelle 307 engines. Very popular, so lots of folks might be able to use it and it could be used on your '67 Corvette sb, but it's just not the original one that came on the '67 Corvette sb. Pete
