power steering option

question.was power steering available as an option on the 1969 427/435.i am familiar with the ac not being available,but i'm not sure about the power steering.any help clearing up this question would be heplful.thanks drc

N-40 power steering was generally available without restriction for 1969. It might not have been available with L-88, but it was available with all other engine options.

What about power brakes w/L71?

Not the heavy-duty, but power brakes with the '69 435? Mine appears correct and documented, but I always like to check. And a twist: is there any info that precludes a 435 auto (engine code LX) with both PS and PB?

Yes, power brakes were an available option with the L-71
