Thanks to all for your responses. With all uncertainty on the subject, I contacted the 67 NCRS Tech Advisor on this matter. His response was "the Signal Stat #145 is accepted, but it is uncommon".

So does that mean that any of the four Signal Stat 145 flashers in your photo would be acceptable? As I mentioned in an earlier response, I have one that is similar to the bottom one in your photo. I'd like to use it for judging if I could be confident there will be no "surprises."
