David E Davis, who did the corvette ads for campbell ewald in the 50's and early 60's and who also started Automobile magazine, has just purchased a 62 FI mvette. how about the mortimers sending him a NCRS membership application. David once gave a talk to the Mid-atlantic chapter regarding his years at campbell ewald. a very entertaining and outspoken fellow. mike

The Mortimers are likely in Park City right now, just like we should be.

DED is a unique fellow. I've not met him, but a good friend of mine restored Davis' Fangio replica racecar.

Park City

Yes, the Mortimers are out of the membership office for the week while they are working at Park City, as are Roy Sinor, all the National Team Leaders, John Waggoner, Joe Lucia and I. As I can get to them, I can ask some questions that have been raised here, but obviously that will be a poor second to having all those folks on their home turf. I don't know who among all those folks have a laptop to access this board, beyond me and John Waggoner -- we will try our best to keep things going on all fronts for the next ten days or so.
