This is a short clip that was put together by a friend that knows all about these things. He sent instructions (below) that makes it easy. I hope.

Instructions:
Go to this link: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=31VONCFY
Click on download when the wait timer ends.
If you click on save, it will save the file to a directory you choose.
When download is complete, go to the directory you saved it in & open it.
If you click open, it will save the file to your temporary folder, then play it when it's done.

...you have cable or DSL internet. About 4 minute download with cable so it would be probably be a very long DL with dial up. Hope it works this time.

Think I'll just delete the whole thing and give up on it. I have almost no idea what I'm doing so it will probably never work and I'm probably too old to learn how to fix it.

Does the file run ok if you double click on it on your computer? It seems to download over 5 MB of data. When I load it, it takes awhile that is longer than an audio file. I've tried a couple of viewers with the same results.

As it was loading I noticed a quick message that there was an error finding a file. It was not obvious if it was missing from the download or if it was looking back at the server. Hope this helps.

he guy that helped me with this just emailed and said it has a "DivX video Codec", whatever that is, and that's why it doesn't work. I have absolutely no idea what he's talking about. I'm clueless.

The worst part of not being able to see it is the fact that for about 3 laps at Road America, (12 miles) I was right on the tail of a GT40. Finally, coming down the hill into 5, I got by him. All of this was in a very light 63 conv with a potent small block and a Rochester FI unit that I built for racing.

The FI sure made the car sound weird, but what a beautiful sound!

After the event, the GT40 driver came over and was looking for the white big block Corvette that just beat him. He couldn't believe it was actually a small block with Rochester FI. "those things don't work....do they"?

Michael,

You need to post that link for the video program so everyone can see this. This gets your blood flowing.

And you need to upload the second video, the pass. Not too many ever get to see a GT40, let alone pass one.

Not sure if there's any interest Mike. Also, I don't know if most would want to download the program. (I don't even remember if it's an easy download) Maybe I'll ask later this weekend.
