    1967 shock absorbers?

Can someone recommend a good shock absorber for judging for my '67?

    Thanks.

    Tony-----

There is no shock absorber currently available from Delco or any other new shock absorber source which is exactly like the original shocks in terms of configuration. The closest that you can get to that configuration is the Delco 530-315, front, aka 88947653 and the Delco 530-4, aka 88945172. If you remove the labels from these shocks and paint them the correct blue-gray color, they will appear close to original configuration. They're not stamped Delco, though.

Otherwise, you're only option is NOS. Those can be "pricey" these days. I think that reproduction shocks will be available in the future; they're already available for other Chevrolet cars. That means that the basic tooling is "out there". "Fine tuning" it for the Corvette configuration and numbers shouldn't be all that difficult.
