C2 (65) Exhaust Tip Extension

Hello all. This Board has been a great source of information for everything that I've wanted/needed! I have a question that I haven't been able to find in the archives. I'm putting a new Allens Chambered II exhaust under my 65 Roadster and would like to know how far the stainless steel exhaust tips stick out through the lower valence panel. I have a fair amount of forward-backward movement to work with including moving the main chambered section at the strap section on the crossmember brace. The JG didn't seem to identify the exhaust tip distance though as far as I could tell. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

position the exhaust extensions on the mufflers such that the clamp is about an inch and a half in front of the back of the rear valence. mike
