    C3 Emergency Brake Cable Brackets

    There are two V shaped mounting brackets attached to the rear of the frame with 2 bolts each for the emergency brake spiral cables.
    What is the finish of those brackets?
    Is it chassis black or its natural finish?

          Were the bolts painted as well, or left natural finish?

              If I recall correctly, the bolts were black phosphate.
