1962 Wiper Blades - Are these correct or not?

I just came across two sets(4) of what I believe are NOS 62 wiper blades in the original GM boxes, but wanted to make sure. They are GM#3724030 Group 10.146, and even are listed in the parts manual as 55-62 blades, 4 bar type. I have compared them to pics of other correct blades for these years, and they are functionally the same. However, they do not have the rubber guard on the end of the blade, nor do they have the raised dots along the length of the blade. Aside from that, they are stamped Trico with the applicable patent numbers on the arm and blades themselves, have the dull finish, with the correct # of ribs. Would these considered service replacements? Also, would they take a hit in judging due to the abscence of the raised dots? Thanks in advance for your help

Yes, they would take hits. They need the rubber ends, and the dots on the length of the blade. I'm guessing that the patent numbers also include something about "Canada 1963" which makes them too late (replacement). They should have a bright and shiney finish--the dull finish came in later during the mid-years.
What you have there are generic GM replacements which fit and function, but don't judge worth a darn.
