re squeaky poly bushings bill baird i put the poly bushings in my car ' coupe and i don't have any problem with squeaking the only time that they make a sound is when i jack the front end into the air and the suspension goes to full travel and when i put it back down on the ground the only suggestion i have is to make sure that you don't tigthen the a arm bushing bolts until the car is settled on the ground the instuctions for the sets that i've used from vette brakes usually emphasize this i ignored this advice one time and i ended up with some squeaks when i followed the directions exactly i had no problems on my car this is easier said than done as the fan shroud gets in the way of the front bolts on the upper a arm bolts but if the squeaks bother you it's worth the effort

squeaky poly bushings mike i am one of the unfortunates that put in a full set of poly bushings yes i know heresy and am now paying the price of having a very squeaky car short of turning up the radio or complete disassembly any ideas on how to silence them mike ' coupeComment
